Google Earth is a free program that is quite good. If you don't want to install anything, try http://maps.google.com/ There are buttons in the upper right corner that will allow you to change the image type.

google earth is a free downloadable sattelite map of the entire planet, just put in a address and it zoms into the address, pretty cool and fun to play with

Google Earth, it takes about a minute or two to download but once you have it, you can look at anywhere in the world.
