If you're a skinny male but still have "Man Boobs" you might actually have too much testosterone. Your body then turns the testosterone into estrogen and therefore you have "Man Boobs" This is most common in adolescence and usually goes away as you get older (They will subside by your 20's)

But if you mean real man boobs then yes, working out is your best bet- preferably an upper-body workout.

You wake up tomorrow, you get on your knees and you do 20 push-ups. Slowly build up to 100 and your boobs will be the kind you see on the cover of Men's Health. There's no way around it: exercise those boob muscle!

that's a hard one......my husband has man boobs, three of his nephews have them, one is over weight, the other two are not, our sons do not have them. My husband does go to the gym, but they won't go away, his are genetic, he hates them too.
There is always plastic surgery, or just working hard at the gym, but no matter how hard he works out the boobs still maintain a female look.
Good Luck

gosh i have the same problem, just excersise and talk to your doctor about your "man-boobs". You probably don't have "moobs", it's just in your head. Ask your closest friend that's a girl her opinion. Good luck and Cheers!

Work out your pectorial muscles a lot! There are plenty of exercises you can do, try and find them at your local gym. Without equipment, there's not much you can do, except maybe swimming and running.

Good luck!

Maybe you are obese and therefore breasts as well. If this is the case loose weight. If you are thin and have large breast than you have a hormonal unbalance (go see a endocrinologist).
