anyway to delete it when you right click it or anything. I can drag and drop it shomewhere else and then I just have another one somewhere else???? Its actually part of the tray and not a box to close.

Its a little drastic but you could do a system restore to a day before you noticed this starting happening, just save/backup anything important you have added to your computer since that day, directions:
click on start
go to all programs (at bottom)
go to accessories
then go to system tools
then click on system restore
then follow on screen prompts and restore to the desired date
POOF!
it will be gone and back to the way it was before!

its a virus i had the same thing run all your protections it is uassually call a hijacker and if your going to a website and you get popups like ads its most likely adware or spyware hope this helps advance windowscare v2 personal download it its free and it will fix all errors as well
