Well I thought it was blonde but I guess it is black again!

his hair was black for aggggges
n then he dyed it white n cut it really short wen 'the black parade' came out
and now he's dyed it black agen, as seen wen my chem playd at times square on new years eve.

It is originally Black. He turned into blonde for "Welcome to the Black Parade" Album promotion and "Welcome to the Black Parade´s video". Personally I think black hair suits him better. He´s too pale for blonde nearly white hair.
