"i like your nails." don't refer to them as a manicure if this is a woman you want to get with. i don't think many straight guys use that term, lol.

How can you compliment a woman on her long nails? Do you just want to let her know that you noticed, or are you hoping to introduce yourself?
Smile as you approach her and say, "Excuse me, I couldn't help but notice how attractive your nails are. They drew me right to you."
How she responds will let you know if she's interested or not.

Don't compliment her on her nails. I think it would seem a bit odd for a guy to recognize such a thing (not saying that's wrong). Simply say "Wow, you have really nice hands". "They look like the hands of a doll or mannequin". Has any one told you that before? You must spend alot of time making them look so nice. This opens the door for tons of conversation about "her".

Depends on if you are wanting to be a bit risque' and how well you know them. I was thinking on the one extreme "Wow, Id like those digging in to my back" or a bit less lounge-lizardly "You must take good care of yourself if you take that good care of your nails"

you go up to her and say "ooh. i really like your nails. i like the length of them." this might sound akward but it will work.
