a septic tank in Texas. Also, a propane tank, and a rural driveway. Thanks in advance. Any references, links, etc. will be greatly appreciated. Yee Haw!

I certainly would not want any advice from someone who is capable of telling me everything they know here. If they can say it in that few words, they don't know anything.

What is it you want to know? More specific questions would give you a lot better results.

Septic Tank; Most States' health department require this to be installed by a licensed professional. They usually do a "Perk Test" to determine the amount of "Field/Leech Line" so the water seep into the ground and not stand on top of the ground. There two ways to do Field Lines, (1) Use a perforated sewer pipe and this is laid on top of Gravel. (2) Some States allow the use of a larger sewer pipe that does not require Gravel underneath.
To maintain a Septic System; Once live Bacteria develops this breaks down the solids and over many years you may need to have the tank "Pumped Out" to remove the solids that build up over the years. They make additives to help, but, I have found that nature will do it with Bacteria. The main problem may be certain Detergents and Bleach that may kill the Bacteria and then you may need an additive to do the job.
Propane Tank; Normally the company you Rent/Buy the tank from will install everything from the tank to the house connection and you be responsible from there. Propane seems to burn hotter than Natural Gas. So, cooking times may vary slighty. IF, the House is made for Propane you good to good. If, not and Appliances are made for Natural Gas the Jets may need change if possiable or you may have to buy Appliances made for Propane. Some Propane Companies can help you with this also. Be VERY sure your Gas Applainces are for Propane. You try burning a Stove that for Natural Gas and it not put off a safe flame. I think it a CO2 deal, but, not sure. Just know what your gas appliances use and convert if possiable.
Driveway; I not know much. Just have it installed and there may be a Type of Sealer you can apply to help it last better. Lumber Companies like Lowe's and Home Depot can explain these Sealers to you. You can apply yourself or have it Professionally installed. This an Asphalt or Concret Drive. As mentioned above, if it gravel it take care of itself. The only thing you may want a small pile of gravel in an out of the way place to fill in pot holes over time. OR, you can have more gravel added over the years as needed. After some many years it builds up and usually not have a lot of Pot Holes.

Septic, ask the local heath inspector. You'll probably need that for an occupancy permit.

Propane tank, call around, find the cheapest place that will deliver, set it up, and fill it. You shouldn't use that much in Texas so I'd go for something less that 500 gallons.
Appliances just need a different sized orifice, try to get them from the propane company, as the appliance manufacturer will charge $35 for a $1.50 part.

Driveway. Gravel. If there's none there now, start with big rock (4-5") as it will sink down fast. Plan to get more the first couple of years buying smaller gravel each time. You'll probably need to refresh it every 5-10 years or so after that.

like a licensed professional cant make a mistake and kill someone! Shhhessssssshhhhhhh! Propane is easy, over 500 gal, it has to be fifty feet from the house. The septic has to have a leach field which has to be 100 feet from the well. The drive is usually graveled so it can be driven in bad weather

PROPANE - NO MUNICIPALITY... CALL THE PROPANE MONKEYS CHECK YOUR OPTION ( YOU OWN THE TANK OR NOT, Which APPLIANCES, etc... ) TELL THEM TO DO IT!

2.) SEPTIC - CALL THE IN COUNTY / CITY AUTHORITY & GET A LIST OF APPROVED INSTALLERS, & YOU MUST FIRST GET A DESIGNER TO INSPECT YOUR SITE DO A CORE & DESIGN A SYSTEM ( HEAVY CLAY - SPRAY ABOVE GROUND & HAVE MAINT. CONTRACT FOR LIFE!, SAND GRAVITY - OLD STYLE ), THEN CHOOSE AN INSTALLER. THIS IS ALL REGULATED BY TNRCC - IT HAS A NEW NAME BUT I FORGOT IT.

3.) RURAL ROAD - DEPENDING ON THE SOIL ( IF SANDY ) YOU MAY JUST NEED GRADING & SWALES & DRIVE IT WITH COMMON SENSE.... IF CLAY, BLACK OR RED, OR WHITE, GET CONCRETE WASH OUT S/B $ 5.00 C/Y & YOU GET A TRUCK TO DELIVER IT ( 50 TO 100 A DUMP DEPENGING ON DISTANCE ). SEEK THE CLOSEST CONCRETE PLANT FREIGHT IS A KILLER, CRUSHED CONCRETE, LIMESTONE BASE, GRAVEL ARE THE NEXT COSTLY ( IN ORDER ) DEPENDING ON YOUR AREA... THEY TROW AWAY CONCRETE IN SAN ANTONIO BECAUSE IF ALL THE VIRGIN LIMESTONE AVAILABLE... THEY HARVEST IT IN HOUSTON AS THERE IS NO ROCK IN THE GROUND!
