The Green Bay Packers by far have the best fans, just look at their population...such a small town. They are pretty much the 1# team in that whole area of the country...(northern Midwest.) Teams like the Eagles/Bears/Giants on the other hand aren't even the number one teams in their respective cities..(Phillies, Cubs, Yankees). The Browns also have great fans.

I don't think you can even include the Eagles in that group. I'd put Pittsburgh in that category before Philadelphia.

I'd go with Browns fans, honestly. To stay loyal to a team that got moved on you then comes back and sucks as badly as they do, that takes some fans.

It's a three way tie: ( Sold out no matter what )

You have to love Browns fans for coming out and seeing and cheering losing team after losing team. No matter what product the Browns put on the field their fans are there to see them.

The citizens of Wisconsin are fanatic about their Packers. They eat, sleep, and drink football from August to February. The waiting list to get tickets is insane.

Last but not least the exploited Washington Redskins fans. Yes, exploited by that little troll owner of theirs Daniel Snyder. He's the only owner as of to date who charges his fans to see mini-camp and scrimmage games before pre-season. He also raised ticket prices 16% ( the highest in football ever ) and parking fees to $35 in one season. He did this knowing that he has a 100,000 die hard fan base waiting list. Instead of protesting this outrageousness Skins fans pay these outlandish prices to see a team they would bleed burgundy and gold for. Meanwhile every Redskin game is televised in the DC area no matter what religiously.

Raider Nation also has a decent following of fans.

Come on. It's gotta be us cheeseheads. The entire town shuts down on whatever day we play. A criminal could pick the town clean on gameday. Everyone's at Lambeau! Plus we're sold out of season tickets for the next 30 yrs! If that's not fan loyalty I dont know what is. We also have the lambeau leap and whenever a non packer tries it we just throw him back. It's the packers fans hands down.
