Well it would feel good to beat the computer with kickboxing but i don't think it will do anything but well beat your computer, and if you beat it to much it would be broken and then you couldn't have the chance to beat it at chess, which I'm sure after many times of playing chess you could win. I am so sorry; you are a wonderful sister for caring so much. I would start by calling the police that is "assault"! Comfort your brother hugs are always good and see what the police say. If the police won't help then keep going to the playground and have him point out tha bad guys and you will have to talk to them no threathening as that will make them worse. Ask them if they would like it if someone beat their brother, mother, best friend. May work may not. Sad as it is your brother should not go to the playground alone again. Once again you are a wonderful sister and your brother will always remember your help. Good luck.
