The question is clear : There are 10 signatures of 10 persons . The problem is that these signatyres are similar 100% .
Today , could we identfei each signaure of them .

I agree with firewomen, i don't think there can be 100% similar signatures made by different persons. Even if copied, its very difficult to make it absolutely identical, but theoretically, if they were signatures 100% the same, then noone could tell the difference, no matter how well trained. How, if 1 0 0 % identical? I mean, your question answers itself...

Only the very best of forgers can get past hand written analysts.
I can be done but there are not many people who can do it. Maybe 5 or 6 in America.

Do you realize NO ONE signs his name exactly the same way each time. There will always be some variance. If two signatures are exactly alike one is a copy.

Every person has distinctive features how they form their letters. Even when they try to disguise their handwriting these patterns come through so yes a person can be identified by their hand writing!
