Its their appearance. In todays entertainment market, sex sells. People dont care whether or not you have talent but rather your looks. Big chested women are "in" and flat chested girls are "out". Get some asian woman with 44's like dolly parton, pamela anderson or even beth (dog the bounty hunter) and they will be in.
