He knows his job (started as busboy, then cook, now manager of best privatly owned steakhouse around)
he's so far beyond PRICK that PRICK is a blip on the horizon to him

You can always email/call him. He listens and I think he generally cares.
The worst? He has too many supervisors and not enough team players to make the job more enjoyable and ignores the needs of some of our staff who have been there less then three years, so you feel like a nobody after 2.5 years.

I've known my boss since I was born, she understands my disability; but she thinks my disability would cause me to do bad or misplace things in the job.

He is very giving of his time and listens really listens to what you have to say. The worst, he allows people to walk all over him sometimes.
