MY EARPHONES ARE IM ALL THE WAY MAGGIE BECAUSE MY SONGS PLAY.

do you have the headphones plugged in all the way ? i always leave my headphones hanging out alittle

if that isnt the problem, you may have to download some program unless you get them from the itunes store .. if you get them from there it shouldnt be a problem
