What does this term mean? I hear it in alot of songs, and I still don't get what it means?

It means someone (usually a girl) who acts all better than people like she's 'all that'. Somebody who's arrogant and full of themselves.

Highty Tighty refers to someone who acts as if they are better than someone because of something they have however often times these persons don't really have it.

The term refers to anyone who act better than other people. There is also another term 'stoosh' that basically means the same thing.

some one who gwan like dem nice and gwan like dem betta dan odda people, translation: it refers to someone who pretends that they are better off than other people...they are the equivalent to 'prima donnas'
