Already seen Bay City Rollers 3 times last year, also saw Slade, Alvin Stardust, The Glitter Band, Showaddywaddy, David Essex, The Osmonds, David Cassidy and a few others I can't recall at the moment. Even though the line up of a couple of them has changed, they still played just as well as they used to in the 70's, great atmosphere. I think I'd most like to see Showaddywaddy and Bay City Rollers back in the charts.

The first band that came to mind was Led Zepp, what a group... but seriously, though it wasn't really a 70's thing, how about Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsies? The 1970 new year Fillmore East Lineup with Billy Cox on Base and Buddy Miles on Drums, or later line ups of that year which exchange Buddy for the old Experience stalwater Mitch Mitchell... ah, what a thing it would be to see Jimi in the flesh... and I wonder what he'd make of the world in 2007, I think he'd come up with a message for everyone.
And how could I finish this post without mentioning T.Rex? Marc Bolan, another rock n' roll road safety casulty. RIP.

I'm not sure about Freddie making a comeback seeing as he's been dead a few years now! (Reminiscent of 'The Monkey's Paw'!)
Anyway, I would love to see the Police re-group, also the Jam, Showaddywaddy, Bay City Rollers and the Monkees.

The Boomtown Rats, no contest!! The greatest band ever to grace the earth!!!Of course, Bob is still bobbing about the place on his own, but really he's not much fun without Pete, Gerry, Gary, Simon and the lovely Johnny to liven up things in the background...BRING BACK THE RATS!!!

ELO for me too, I'd pay a lot of money to see a concert. Or if just Jeff Lynne came back that would do!
