Download and install this software: -

It is called crap cleaner and it removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. Do you mean the Internet browsing history? if so the matter is so easy,follow these steps:-
1-click your IE with the right button.
2- open properties with the left button.
3-Press ( clear history) tab.
This answer pertains to EI6. I do not think that the other browsers are different.

Go to Tools at the top of the screen click and then click Internet options and you will get a page which has a delete function

D'you mean your internet history? Go to Start - Control Panlle - Network & Internet Connections - Internet Options & it's Browsing history.
