If intercouse did not take place, but clothes were off, and a con dom was worn... after 4 weeks from the date of foreplay what would be the signs of being pregnant? how soon would morning sickness occur? and if the period runs as nromal does this mean she is unlikely to be pregnant? for sometime she feels like throwing up, she has a cough, and a real bad sore throat with body aches...but she has not thrown up .. just feels like it.. what can it be?

Sounds like she's got the flu - esp seeing as you didnt have intercourse. Stress and weight changes can also cause missed periods. Maybe she's stressed and thats also why she's got sick.

I'm confused, you said intercourse did not take place. Define intercourse? Was she penetrated? Condoms are not full proof. Why was a condom worn if you did not have intercourse? Also, you say 4 weeks from the date of foreplay. Define foreplay? She should go to a doctor. I remember President Clinton saying "I did not have sex with that woman".

Sounds like the flu bug biting. Absolutely no intercourse - then there's no chance of being pregnant.
If there was ANY intercourse, even brief, well then there is a chance you are. Only you know what you and your partner did.

What you are describing is a cold. She is not pregnant.

you do not (normally) get a period if you are pregnant.
if you did not have intercourse AND a condom was used there is pretty much absolutely no chance of pregnancy.
