Yes, the did break up after a tour in 2003-2004 ending in their home town of Denver.
The band however has some side projects wich still put out albums, check out Brave Saint Saturn for the best from Dennis and Reese. Reese also started a new band called "Roper" which does not tour. Dennis has a solo album out called "Ascents." Micah is now in the band Soul Junk, as well as playing on the Brave Saint Saturn Records. Jeff "The Girl" Ortega put out an album with her husband called "Dance Mexican Dance."
None of the members are currently in bands working on projects other than the new Brave Saint Saturn disc which should drop soon.
