Jewish is a religoius disignation. Israeli is an ethnicity and the race is called human. Jews came from many different countries, so their ethnicity may vary. Race is a somewhat spurious notion that was invented to classify humans by color and various other traits, but even following this idea, there is no particular Jewish race.

I am a jewish woman, and from my own experiences, being Jewish can be either a religious belief system, a cultural system (complete with matzo ball soup and guilt(, or a combination of both of these. The cultural part is trickier to define, but there is a big emphasis on education, family, community, big meals, lots of kvetching (complaining), and warmth and loving support. And if it's about some kind of international money conspiracy, then someone else is getting my check!

It is a religion but more than that, it is a lifestyle too. Jews follow or try to follow the rules in the Torah.
There are many races practicing Judaism ( ex: there are Black jews and Chinese jews)
Jews are of many different nations (Ex: Sabra is the term used for Jews local to Israel; recently Ethiopian jews were airlifted to Israel and some American jews now reside in Israel; other Europeans Jews also migrated there)
