Men and women both have the same cartilage that makes up the Adam's apple. It is larger and more prominent in men because the vocal cords in men are much thicker than they are in women; much like the larger strings on a guitar, these thicker vocal cords are responsible for deeper voices found in most men. The cartilage can be found by pressing on the front of the neck and is called the thyroid cartilage.

The same as men. An Adam's apple. Women can and do develop an Adam's apple just like men. However, it is generally more prominent in men than in women.

If a woman displays one, it does not take away from her feminine beauty. I think it adds to it!

The ladies haave the same thing it's just not as pronounced. The "adam's apple" is the thyroid cartilage. Just below it lies the cricoid cartilage, the gap between is called the cricothyroid membrane. This is the area that is punctured to insert a cannula for airway management when intubation cannot be peformed.

They also have an Adam's apple, otherwise known as the thyroid cartilage. The only difference is that males produce more testosterone, which causes the cartilage to thicken and become more noticeable than in females.

The Adam's apple is actually just thyrohyoid cartilage covering the larynx. It is more prominent and noticeable in men. Women have it too, just not as definite.
