Definitely, I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my 2nd daughter and my boobs have never had so may noticeable veins, and they seem to be getting bigger and bigger. Don't worry though because once the baby is born and your milk dries up then your body changes and so doe the veins appearance. I breast fed my first daughter and will this time too so the same applies and when you stop breast feeding and your milk dries up, the veins become less noticeable.

Yes, the increased blood flow to your breasts enlarge the veins and then the swelling of the milk glands push them closer to the surface of your skin.
By the time I delivered (and all through breastfeeding) my chest looked like a map of blue rivers.

Oh my God yes. This is due to an increase of blood flow throughout your body. Your blood volume will increase dramatically...a part of your pregnancy weight gain will be extra blood. And your breasts especially. The milk ducts are preparing themselves to feed your little one so you may experience a lot of tenderness.
You are very normal. They wont be as noticeable with you finish breastfeeding. Things will go back to "normal". hehe

Yes, your veins are open wider to let the higher level of blood in your body move through. It is ugly but it goes away after delivery!

Absolutely! My boobies each have a huge vein running the length of them that looks like a big blue worm! Happy Mothering.

YES. your become very vascular when pregnant. Basically your blood and fluid volume double when pregnant. Not to worry, all will return to normal after the birth.

very common
as the breasts need the increased flow of blood to manufacture milk

Very common. Lots of changes ahead for you--relax and enjoy them--you can still get your head-turning figure back afterwards.
