My hubby used to do customer service at a call desk a few years back. As he was walking a customer through the process to get online (it was a nationwide ISP), he told the guy, now close the window. He then heard the man scoot back his chair and get up ... and close the window in the room of his house ... resisting the urge to totally crack up laughing, when the man got back on the phone, he said to him ... now ... click on the little X to the top right of the window on your computer and close it ......
