PhotoPlus 6 versus GIMP? Which is better?

Which one has more features? I can't decide which to download, and so far I've heard that both are good. If you can, please tell me which has more/better features...and maybe what kind of features they have? thanks!

GIMP is a more powerful graphics editor, but PhotoPlus is more user friendly. Which is better depends on what you want to do., and how much power you need to do it.
