I mean I am sick of not having dreams and just seing nothing but black. Can anyone tell me how I can go to sleep or the right "formula" to have anykind of dreams?
(by "formula" I mean what should I do to dream)

there is something that usually works for me, at night i start to think in something that i would like to dream (cuz if i don't i will dream about problems at work) that's about 30 min before go to bed, i usually think (if I'm not with her) about my girlfriend and me having it. or in a nice trip that i had made or i want to make.
by doing that i have a nice predisposition to a good dream, but something i tell you for sure is that if you had in your day a very strong and bad episode is very likely for you to have a related dream, just remember to have your head clean of bad thoughts before go to bed

I don't think there is a way to control your dreams. I'm sure you have dreams but you don't remember it when you wake up. I always have the same dreams but they feel real until I wake up. You said you see nothing but black, but do you hear anything? I would just relax and not worry about. It sounds like you are young so after you have more experiences, your mind well start racing even in your sleep. So sweet dreams to you.

You probably do dream, you just don't remember them. You can try taking Noni juice, 1 oz. in the morning and 1 oz. at dinner. Take on an empty stomach. You can find Noni juice in most health food stores.

You could also try and think about pleasant things as you are falling asleep, i.e. doing something fun with your friends, etc.

It's either called napping. Or watch a really good movie(go to the theater) to get adrenaline running and have some nice dinner... should put your brain in the right move..

think about anything that you want to dream about right as you are going to sleep . make sure you arent too tired too because then you will just sleep right through the night

during the day allways think about ssomething and get out of the daily schedule........ dreams are just what you are thinking in the day but in memory

think happy thoughts, think of something for 20 min then you'l dream probably it works for me.. sometimes.

pleasure yourself before you go to sleep. that's what i do and i wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go at it again. lol.
