Can't tell you when it will start but can tell you that it is almost finished on Living TV on Sky and you can download the episodes from the living TV website (although i think you have to pay).
And just to rub it in, i live abroad and the local TV provider are showing series 3 from th 24th jan...... finished th 2nd series back in August.
