Summary: this girl was in an accident with a car getting hit by a semi, do you would have think she died or not? Or just got seriously injuried?

She was in the back seat, behind the driver, the semi hit her door. Going about 35 miles an hour.

It depends on where she was in the car. If she was in the driver's seat and was hit head on, she is most likely dead. Was she wearing a seatbelt or not? Most people don't survive truck accidents unless this girl was really blessed. There have been accidents where people come out without a scratch

It would depend on the accident. How she was hit and by what speed was the impact.
