5'10'' and DB's are getting taller, but hopefully your fast and that will make up for it. The best thing to do when you are a DB is too be cocky , I dont know why that Is but coaches are attracted to that. Also be smart work on reading the QB , most cb's have such trouble with zone coverages. and DONT GET BEAT EVER.

Your average NFL running back is between 5'8-5'11. For the most part weighs in between 215-230. As far as strength and running speed.. most run between a 4.4-4.6 40, squat at least 650+, and bench around 18-20 reps of 225.
