I am about 7 weeks pregnant and I started to spot on Saturday night. I am really worried this is my first baby. So I dont know what it is. It is sort of discolored (like a brownish color). Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them?

It could just be things inside attaching itself to you. I did have spotting with my first daughter and I was just over 5 weeks pregnant. I called the local hospital baby department and I was sent to the early pregnancy department where I had a scan. If you don't call your hospital then call your doctor or midwife if you have been given one yet. Don't just leave it. The earlier you get seen the better as knowing things are ok can relief a lot of stress.
Good luck xx

yes. that happens often to people and can be normal, but you should let your doctor know when the office opens. if you start to bleed heavier before you can talk to the doctor, go to the hospital. you should also probably stay off your feet today and rest a little.

Some spotting can be normal. If it's heavy or you are in pain you should get checked.
