It really is no secret the WMD were sold to him by America, if not for that little detail, I would have nothing to laugh at when people claim Iraq never had WMD. We sold them to him to use in the Iraq-Iran war. During friendlier times.

It's obviously a silly question, since none of us will know, but obviously, the U.S. isn't the only nation who has the capability to produce chemical weapons. One very commonly expressed theory suggests that the reason France was so opposed to the invasion is that they were afraid that it might be discovered that they had been selling the weapons to Iraq for many years. But, since none were found intact, we have no way of knowing, do we?

Well, they had a woman they called 'Dr. Death' arrested in Iraq in the early days of the war... She was supposed to be responsible for a bunch of Saddam's biological warfare expertise.
