I know this is a belt noise, I know it isnt my water pump or the belt that goes with it cause that made that noise 2 months back and I had that fixed. Would that mean the other belt(s) is going or do I just need to spray it to make it stop squealing?

Belt is stretched. Replace asap.

Don't bother trying to tighten it or buying belt dressing. Both are short term fixes. In a lot of newer cars there is a set tension on the serpentine belt and you cannot adjust it.

Belt may be loose. Idler pulley may be bad. AC compressor may be froze up. If you have only one wide belt (serpentine) they normally squeel when they need to be replaced. You can use a bar of soap and put soap on the face surface of the belt to quiet it temporarily. Turn car off to do that!

Might be a belt, water pump, accessory pulley bearings freezing up or an idler pulley freezing up. Most likely an idler pulley is going bad, seems that a lot of cars have that problem especially in cold weather.

Your belt is lose...spraying belt dressing on it only shuts it up for a little while...It does not fix the problem
