Theoretically, yes.
"PREGNANCY: Simethicone is safe during pregnancy."

"What if I'm pregnant, considering pregnancy or breast-feeding?
Most females now know that, if possible, no drug, including alcohol, should be taken during pregnancy or lactation. The potential danger, of course, is an injury to the baby. However, some drugs are much safer than others in this regard. So, the FDA has a grading system for each drug which reflects what is known medically. It ranks drugs from A, where medical studies show no evidence for danger to the fetus or mother, to B, C, D and X, where the medical evidence indicates that the risk to the fetus outweighs any benefit to the mother. Simethicone is not ranked. However, the drug is not absorbed from the intestinal tract so, theoretically, none should get into the blood stream. Always consult your physician before taking any drug during or when planning pregnancy."

"Medications Considered Safe for use During Pregnancy
Simethicone (Gas-X ®, Mylicon ®, Phazyme ®)"
http://www.obfocus.com/high-risk/meds1.htm
"A study in volunteers measuring silicon in the blood (as the surrogate marker for simethicone) noted that blood and urine levels of silicone were similar at baseline and after receiving a simethicone-coated cellulose suspension (SonoRx® )or vehicle control. This suggests minimal systemic absorption of simethicone [1]."

Oo great question, I'm glad your so cautious, few things are more precious than new life.
Try giving your doctor a call, I wouldn't trust so many opinions and individual experiences here.
Or if you know a nurse or doctor.
Best be safe than sorry.
Hope you find the answer and may God bless you and your child throughout your years.

Ask your midwife first. everyone is different and you need to be sure it's safe for you and your baby. If it isn't she will be able to advise the best thing to take.
