No such thing as luck.
Usually people blame poor prioritising or time management or budgeting skills on bad luck, but as long as you continue to do that, it'll never improve....
Buy some self help books relating to your 'weak' or 'unlucky' areas, and set up a plan to deal with them, and your 'luck' will change, slowly but surely.

Everyone has bad and good breaks in life. Overall they balance themselves out. Someone once told me that luck was Laboring Under Correct Knowledge. I agree. I can scream when people tell me that I'm "lucky" to have a nice car. Do they think that someone came over to my house and gave me they keys and the clean title? It's quite amazing how "lucky" people get when they work hard and do the right things. Also examine your attitude. When something doesn't go your way look for the good in the situation. There's always an upside. If you fail at something you've learned what won't work. Good and bad luck is mostly a mindset. Change your mind, change your luck.

The grass is greener where we water it. Your luck is largely a perception of what you create in your own mind. It takes just as much energy to focus on the positive than on the negative. So, the choice is yours: focus on the luck that's already around you.
