when we open the run command in startup and type regedit then a window opens i.e if we change name it is changed(recycle bin)

regedit is your windows registry editor.

regedit is an application that lets you to edit the registry in the Windows. All information regarding the Operating System, installed software and your preferencdes are stored in the registry. By tweaking the registry, you can gain a performance boost. But be sure to back up a registry before editing it because if you edit it the wrong way, it may lead to a system crash.

I don't know what you mean...
Regedit is a registry editor. Software stores all kind of information in the registry.
You can use regedit to create, modify or delete information from the registry. Unless you know how to use it don't poke around.

My initial response - if you don't know, don't do it. In Windows the entire setup of all programs is stored in the REGISTRY. Regedit is short for REGISTRY EDIT. Unless you know what you are doing you WILL screw up your computer - perhaps to the point of having to format C: and reloading all your programs and your data. Leave regedit to those who know. Trust me!

Regedit changes items in the computers registry, it's very dangerous to mess around with the registry if you don't know what you're doing, changing or deleting the wrong thing can render your p.c unworkable.

can do lot of using it....
