Wait a few weeks. The situation may correct itself. Have you spoken to your urologist about it?

If not, try adoption or artificial insemination by donor.

One thing that causes sperm to be poor swimmers, is deficient fructose metabolism in the sperm cells. A visit to a urologist may help you to correct this problem, by changing your diet or taking a supplement/vitamin/etc.
