They have been racist all along.. even in real life.
Yahoo answers just lets them hide behind anonymity.

I agree with you! When I first started to use Yahoo answers I was shocked and disgusted at how racist some people can be.
Please, do not think that all people are racist - there are also a lot of really nice, helpful people who use Answers.
I think that since sad, pathetic racist people can hide behind a computer and user name - they are more confident than usual and write things that they would never say in public.

I am not sure if all questions concerning race should be considered racist. I think sometime people feel they can ask questions in an anonymous way that they have always been curious about but, never felt comfortable asking. However some people are just mean and want to hurt and degrade, those are the questions that I oppose. If someone has an honest question I say go for it.

Not everyone, but some are.
I think their true colors come out when they can't help themselves but answer.
And you know what's worse? They DENY that they are racist. They go ask questions or give answers that are OBVIOUSLY racist, then at the end, they write: I'm not racist.
Racism is when you single-out a race and describe them as something awful and a lot of people are doing that here.
It's sad, but racism is always around us.

sure there are some mean and smug human beings on right here and that i'm sorry you encountered them. on occasion those that make a huge deal of a small typo or spelling errors do so as a results of fact they even have not something effective or useful to characteristic to the question and it supplies them 2 factors. lots of them belong to their own little cliques and communities and derive secure practices from numbers, their buddies award them thumbs united statesand so they experience that makes their impolite and spiteful comments appropriate. There are additionally some very advantageous human beings inspite of the shown fact that, and it somewhat is once you return for the time of them which you comprehend the positioning may well be effective and effective, and those that extremely mean nicely and want to help oftentimes do not additionally be conscious spelling errors or typing errors

People can hide behind the computer and ask questions and answer them as they really feel. They can't do this in everyday life because they are too cowardly to face the consequences.

Sorry, but I have not found that to be true. I have found people to be opinionated, but then people here are often asking for their opinions. Also, in real life, people don't get to really "vent" about the things that concern them. This may just be the place to vent and then they feel better perhaps. They may not really be as awful as they appear. They SHOULD be more careful with their words though, in that case.

Here's my question to you: Is everyone on Yahoo! Answers so racist? Have you conducted any surveys or studies to indicate that your assumption has any merit? Do you have any evidence to support your assumption? Before we can examine the question of "why" what you assume exists, we must determine whether what you assume exists.

People ask the questions...they get the answers...
You cant control someone else.....
If you want to blame anyone.....blame youself (dont take it to hard...i do not mean this to be harsh)
If you did not ask a question you would get no answer thus....not geting the opinion of people and the public......get me?
