Depends where you go... Someplaces you don't need anything but you have to take an apprenticeship..

you have to go to art school.. thats for sure

but my cousin is like 14 and he's got a tatoo gun and the ink and tatoo's his self, his family and his friends all the time, he is really good.. I would suggest doing the same thing that way you have some practice. but only on people u know.. u never know when u could mess up.. and u dont want a stranger mad at u!
