Easy. Take a graduated glass. Fill it up to some level with water. Put egg in the glass. The difference in the volume of this level and previous level is the volume of the egg.
If you don't have a graduated glass but have graduated cylinder then fill the glass up to the brim and collect water overflowing after putting the egg (water can be collected by putting the glass in another container). Now measure the water collected from overflow.

Put egg into full glass of water.
Water will overflow.
Then, take out egg from glass.
Measure how much water to be added.
If water to be added is x liters
then, the volume of egg is 0.001x cubic meter.

Model the egg as a prolate spheroid, and use V = 4 pi Rp Re^2/3, where Rp is the polar radius, Re the equatorial radius.
