ummm No. I remember my mom saying something about "Stranger = Danger" when I was a kid....kinda stuck w/ me. BUT...
Me and my girlfriends LOVE to sneak up on each other in crowded stores and do that to each other. It's so funny to see someone go from having shock and murder in their eyes to a genuine smile and laugh.
