What Ill Mama said is the reason why they will not accept it. If you try to submit advertising ideas, humor, suggestions, etc to a company, they will not accept it and will refuse it at the moment they realize it is a suggestion. The reason being that they don't want to absorb the liability of having seen your idea and come up with something similar independently and having to prove it later in court. As a result, they don't want to see it at all.

have you tried his website? but i word of advise: dont send the material...it can be used and you may not get credit for it...try and set up an apointment with his people...and before you show your stuff to them have them sign a confidentuality (think i spelled it right) form this is something that will protect your work so it cant be stolen...if you just want to give them a sample of your work then do that...but you'll have to sell yourself...your work...i wish you luck and i hope your successful in your endevors......
