There is no problem with marrying. But, if you conceive a child, you will have to get a shot to protect you from the baby's blood as it gestates. This is common and not a big deal.

There will be no problem, but since you are Rh negative you will need an injection of RhoGAM should you become pregnant.

"If you are Rh negative and have antibodies against the Rh D factor, Rh incompatibility may be a problem. If you are Rh negative, the blood of the baby's father should be tested. If the father's blood is Rh positive, the baby has a chance of inheriting Rh-positive blood from the father. If the father is Rh negative, there will not be a problem because the baby will have no chance of inheriting Rh-positive blood."

No problem, but you will need to tell your OB when you actually do conceive or go in for the preconception visit. You may need a few shots next time.

There is no problem in marrying him, but if you decide to have children please visit your obgyn just in case. My hubby and I are both 0+ but our son is B-. Strange huh? But I would definetly check with your doc first.
