OK, first of all, by stand-in, I mean his followers. Second of all, the Saddam Elvis thing... bull***t. (Sorry.) Third, i am 11, not 28.

Because his people hated him so much they would not stand for anything else! If this would have been a set-up you would know it by now! It would be all over the news!
People viewed this...there's even a camera phone video capture of it on the net...have you not watched it...It looked just like Saddam to me...it showed him walking up with masked guards...it showed him get the rope around his neck...it showed him exchange words with the crows and guards...then it showed the bottom drop out and him hang....then it showed his neck broken with his face in clear view! Seeing is proof!
Wait a minute: Maybe he had a secret identical twin...and they secretly replaced the real Saddam with his twin bother Raddam! What a true brother to lay down his life for such a good person as Saddam!
NOT!!!!

Come on! Do you honestly think a stand-in would passively walk to his death without saying, "Yo, I'm not Saddam?" Besides they verified that the guy they had was Saddam with DNA evidence a long time ago.

DNA doesn't lie. Saddam is dead !
And while we're at it, it really was Jesus who was crucified and came back to life so don't believe the evil people who lie about that either. I bet many of those who say it wasn't Saddam are also of the same religious persuasion as those who try to say Jesus wasn't crucified, but was saved by the pagan moon god allah who arrainged to have some poor person killed instead.

I am sure that there is nothing anyone can do to convince someone that the real Saddam is indeed dead. I am sure that there is DNA evidence somewhere that can back up who is dead. But really its him he's dead, end of a brutal man, end of the Butcher of Baghdad. Good riddance

Your question isnt such a strange one at all. We will never know for sure . All the backhanded stuff our government does , he could be somewhere in a remote castle eating prawns and drinking Moet for the rest of his days.

It doesn't really matter. He is gone off the world stage. We won't hear from or have to deal with him anymore. Neither will any of his followers. He may as well be dead as far as the world is concerned.
