What does degined mean? Are thes eysglasses or drinking glasses? Either way, there is no cost effective way to remove scratches from normal glass. If the glass was worth several hundred dollars, there are things that might work.
P.S. only use paper products if your intent is to scratch the glass. Paper products are made of wood and they will eventually scratch glass. It takes a while, but it isn't worth the risk.

Might take them to Lens Crafters and see if they can help or give suggestions. Since they have a In store lab where they make glasses... They might know how to remove the scratch or be able to replace the lens for you.

Try using a good dish soap and warm water; then dry with a soft cloth or non-abrasive tissue or paper towel. You wil only need a drop of dish soap on each lens to start.

You can use the solution sold at eyeglass stores, or a mixture of warm water and rubbing alcohol. Use a soft cloth to ensure you don't scratch the lenses further.
