My parents were eavesdropping on my conversation with my boyfriend. The bad part is I said I wanted to lose my virginity, but I would never because I believe in saving it. The worst part is, they didn't hear the "but I would never'' part. They left before that part. I am so mad. What can I do to get them over it or believe me.

well go to them sit down and talk about it and explain to them that they didn't hear the whole conversation. And try to get their trust back and make them believe that you are sincere about it. And wehen they give you a time to be home be there and not late, help them out at home or whatever else you can do for them. But getting their trust back will be hard but it can be done. SO start by communicating with them first and go from there. AN D why be mad at them they are just parents who are wanting for nothing bad to happen to you.

Your parents are not your enemy. They care about you and as far as your virginity is concerned? Dont be reckless with that. Your virginity is not internet business anyway.....it's personal and private and most of all SACRED. Hold out on the sex until you are with a man that cares about you. Your parents love you and although I dont agree with their eavesdropping, they are trying really hard and failing.

there are only 2 things that i can thik of that you can do to try and make them believe you, you could tell them that it is a big deal to you that they believe you and find out the truth, so ask them to take you to a police station to take a lie detector test or something, even if you don't go, they may take the fact that you were not scared for them to find the truth to mind and let you off the hook, although i don't think getting off the hook is what you wanted to happen, you just want them to believe you, you could call your boyfriend and have him tell your parents what you really said, and then if that doesn't work, do that lie detector thingy that i recommended, good luck, bye

Just let it go and maybe they wont say anything else about it.It is hard for a parent to think of there baby in that way.They only want to protect you.

try to sit them down and don't have an attitude. If they don't believe you, then you have to earn their trust back somehow. Put youself in their shoes. Their daughter said she wanted to lose her virginity...
