One condition of your parole is that you obey the laws of your state and any other jurisdiction. If you are found to have committed the new offense, you will have violated your parole, and it is highly likely that you will be sent back to incarceration.

Parole and probation is a chance to show that you've learned from your mistake/offense. If you continue to offend, you obviously haven't learned.
