I love Sharona too the other girl sounds like she needs acting lessons and there is no chemistry

OMG! I loved Sharona! I think that Bitty Schram wanted more money than the people behind Monk wanted to give her. Too bad. Natalie is ok, but I like Sharona better.

I'm not sure why the actress left the show, but Sherona left Monk to get married and moved to another state. I liked her better, too.

You must be watching the marathon like I am. She left in a contract squabble, like so many actors do. Shaloub got a good raise, and hers was very small, so after fighting with the network, she decided to leave. I was upset at first, but the Natalie character has grown on me, and she sure is better to look at.
