I have a 65 Chevy truck six lug with a coil rear end, I want to change the front brakes to disk 5 lug and the rear end to leaf spings what later year Chevy can get parts from?

Just find a '73-'87 model with rear leaf springs and front disc brakes. With 5 lug wheels.

If you are good you can change the steering knuckles and rear axle housing with springs over to the '65 model.

May take welding and some metal fabrication. Hope you are good at that sort of thing.

All of the half ton chevys from 1972 up have available 5 bolt discs . It was an option in 1972 .

ideally the disk brakes would be easier to change because in the long run you'll have to replace the spindles, hubs, and calibers and maybe the brake line--you wanna avoid the brake lines its expensive trust me i know in the rear you have wheel cylinders hubs, and a messy take apart on the brakes so my suggestion--change the fronts

You can get a conversion kit for your truck. I've seen them in LMC catalogs.
