i know it's normal to have one testicle slightly bigger than the other (or so i heard?..) but theres a problem i have, only while masturbating. (i'm a virgin) this right testicle seems to be more sensative than the other, and maybe if i hit my fingers or hand against it i can feel a small pain nothing big, or if im leaning over forward a bit, i can feel a tiny bit of pain in this testicle as well, that is not present in the other. is this normal? it's not a sharp killer pain or anything, enough for me to wonder why the other isn't as sensative though, and it only seems to be during masturbation. thanks.

basically if i were to gently hit my knuckle against the area, i'd feel a sensative pain on the right testicle but not the left.

sorry i forgot to add this, i've also been kicked in the balls quite a few times when i was younger, (damn that 10 yearold!) so it always made me curious or wonder.

meh, i don't think it's anything that serious because it's not noticably larger than the other i just think it feels a bit bigger, which i hear is normal. the question is, is it normal to have one testicle act more sensative than the other?

Don't shun good advice, all above me had good answers. It could also be an inguinal hernia. But since you have suffered mutiple hits, it could be a combination of above mentioned trauma related problems. Make an appointment, but don't worry about it to much. Cancer is still pretty rare in the testicles.

Actually it isn't really that odd to have one testicle a bit more sensitive than the other. Then again it might indicate there is a problem. So my best advice is see yoru doctor and have him examine them carefully and discuss the variation with him. In the absence of a checkup you really cannot say for sure.

Its sounds like you have something serious going on. While I don't normally run to the MD I'd suggest you do so soon. The anal thing could be related to your prostate, the urninary to an infection but the testicular pain doesn't sound like a part of either scenerio. I'd call the family doc or get to an ER before things get worse.

It would be called a hydrocele. It is fluid build up in that testicle from a trauma to it. Or a hematoma, which is a blood clot around your testicle. You should see your family physician, because these things get worse in time.

Dude, not to sound alarmist, but my neighbor s
younger brother died a few years ago of testicular cancer. He waited way to long before getting it diagnosed as he was embarrassed.

Please get it checked out by your gp or a urologist, especially if it feels lumpy, or hard. Good luck.
