Your question is confusing! I am going to say by falling asleep in an airplane but if I read your question wrong which I probably did my answer isn't right lol. My other answer would be I feel asleep in PM and woke in AM that is different time :)

If your body gets into the habit, I guess you can do it but it takes time. Not for me though, my sleeping times are SO bad.
