There's a great deal to see and do. Tallahassee has two major Universities, Florida State (FSU) , and FAMU. Also it is the Capital city of Florida. The first couple of days of January will be very busy with the inauguration of the new Governor with several public events. The area is beautiful just to explore with many gardens, museums, shops and restaurants to discover. For the best listing of current events, check out the local paper the Democrat :

attraction 1 is The 5 story high IMAX a theatre
and the 50 foot diameter domed IMAX Planetarium at the Challenger Center attraction 2 will be Antique Car Museum with over 100 Cars and the $675k Alma -Tadema Piano attraction 3 is Mary Brogan Museum of
