You can either use an FM Transmitter or a Connecting Pack if you're not willing to set-up an iPod system for your car. Use an FM Transmitter (i.e. iTrip) if your car stereo has no Tape function. Either way, the sound quality would be more or less the same. An FM Transmitter and/or Connecting Pack could be easily purchased at any electronics store (try searching for one in Amazon). Price would be around $20 although in my country, you can purchase 1 for a little over $5.

You have to buy a wire that connects your ipod to the car and then it can play in your car.

You need to by an extra called an iTrip. It broadcasts your iPod onto a certain frequency which you can then tune your AM/FM radio to. In Japan it costs about 5000yen, or $50.

You need to buy a special cord that has a cassette tape with it. One cord hooks to your I-pod, the other plays in the cassette player and whalaa your rockin to your I-tunes in the car. I bought mine on e-bay for about 5 dollars.
Here are a list of acutions beginning at 3.99. These do work I have one and it works GREAT!

My dad has an special machine that you connect your USB, your MP3 or your ipod on it. You control the music on the Mp3 or the Ipod, or, on the machine if you connect an USB. I don't think this machine is expensive (although in Mexico isn't)
