Don't do it!!
They can drop/ color change and it will look weird or outdated as fashion changes all the times.

I think some tribes in Australia used to practice this. However, there are some techniques for semi permanent eyebrow tattoo (but it has to be done by a top beauty expert, not at a tattoo shop)

i do not, however i know 3 people that do and 1 person is 66 and one is in her 40s they look GREAT! the 66 year old is our assisitant and she has had them touched up a couple times since i have worked with her. there is a little peeling a few days later, like a sunburn but they look great on the ladies i have seen and natural. just pick a natural color for ur hair and skin tone

Alot of Asians do it (my mother for one, unfortunately) and yes, the colour does tend to go green. It can also look extremely awful and horrible and tacky and make your eyes bleed if it's not done perfect - and it rarely is. And definitely do not get eyeliner tattooed on!! And as you get older and your skin gets wrinklier, your eyebrows look weird. I wouldn't recommend tattooing your eyebrows..

yes, I have friend that have eyebrows tattooed. In the beginning was nice but after a year the color change to dark green.

My boss did it.. you know,,.. the natural tattoo that looks like make up so she doesnt need to do her eyebrows again in her life... and it is like any other part of your body.. it wrinkles with age... so with time yes.. they will come down a little bit because it will wrinke and loose its elasticity.

Hey are you talking about permanent one. Sorry I do not have tattoo done but still someone told me that permanent one is not safe. Sorry I can help you only this much. But I can say one thing think twice before doing that kind of stuff.
